Please note that since they are made of leather, even if they fit a little snug at first, they will adapt to the shape of your foot. But if you usually have doubts between two sizes, in this case it is better to choose the bigger size, to ensure the best possible comfort.

Figara creates unique items using natural leathers and materials of the highest quality made 100% in Spain. There may be variations in tone, marks or grains in the leather as these are natural characteristics that should not be considered imperfections.
We recommend that you treat these products with care to preserve their original properties.
A damp cloth, baby wipes and a brush are the perfect tools to help keep bags, wallets, shoes and sandals in good condition.
Bags will maintain their qualities by avoiding direct exposure to light and heat sources and storing them in a dry, well-ventilated place. Store them in cotton bags to keep their shape.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, grease, cosmetics and abrasive products.
If your products get wet, dry them with a soft cloth, without rubbing, and let them dry at room temperature.

If you have made your purchase at figara.es you have up to 14 calendar days to exchange or return your shoes if you are not satisfied.
How to proceed with a size change?
If the sale has been online, just send us an email to email@example.com with your order information and we will send you the new size and pick up the other one (for this, please, the box must be inside a paper bag if possible, because the plastic does not take anything!).
We take care of everything. Quick and easy.
How to process a return?
If the sale has been online, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will tell you how to proceed with the shipment of the shoes.
Figara will assume the shipping costs for the size exchange but NOT for the return, which will be borne by the customer by sending them to Figara's address at the central warehouse.
The shipment of these will be at your expense and once we receive the product in perfect condition, within a week you will receive the full amount of the purchase on your credit card.
Once we receive the product, which should arrive wrapped in a bag (preferably paper, leaving aside the plastic) in perfect condition, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase on your credit card.
If the sale has been in store, it works independently and you have to return it to the store where the store's sales policy will be applied.
In the event that an item is returned in poor condition or used, Figara reserves the right not to accept the return.
