How can I make the payment for my order?

Figara accepts payments through Bizum, Aplazame, Pay Pal, Apple and Google Pay and Visa and MasterCard. The gateway of the given payment will confirm if the operation is correct


How long will it take to receive my product?

Spain and Portugal:

The shipping costs are free for the Iberian peninsula. In the Canary islands and Balearic Islands and in Ceuta and Melilla the shipping costs are indicated by the page itself when selecting the shipment.

Once the purchase is made, the estimated time in which you will receive your Fígara product is between 1 and 3 working days on the peninsula and 6 working days on the islands.

Europe:

The shipping costs for the countries in the European Union are €25 and shipping to the United Kingdom is €25. Depending on the country of destination the estimated delivery period is between 3 to 6 working days. If there are customs charges, the expenses will be covered by the buyer.

Rest of the world:

If you want to place an order with Figara from a country outside of Europe, please contact us in this form. Write to us and we will calculate your shipping costs and do our best to ensure that you receive your Figara order as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my Figara product?

Of course! You have 14 days from when you receive them to make a change of size for FREE!

But please keep in mind that the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. As soon as we receive the item we will send you your new Fígara.

 And returning my product?

The items purchased on our website www.figara.es can be returned, using the invoice of the purchase, always within 14 working days of the date of purchase indicated on the proof of payment

Why isn’t my card payment working?

It could be due to the following reasons:
  • Your card is expired. Check that the validity date has not expired.
  • You may have reached your card limit. Check with your bank to tell you if the card has exceeded the maximum amount that you have to make purchases.
  • Some of the data that you have filled in may be incorrect.
